The mod map "The Volcano" in ARK Survival Evolved offers a diverse and fully playable world that matches the size of the standard map. The map is divided into five different biomes: snow, desert, redwood, swamp, and jungle/grassland. All dinosaurs from the expansions Scorched Earth, Aberration, Extinction, and Genesis 1 are available, as well as the corresponding resources distributed across several locations. Additionally, all boss arenas from The Island and Scorched Earth are present, providing players with extra challenges. Large trees in the snow-covered and jungle-like regions around the volcano are perfect for tree platforms. Players can also learn all engrams from The Island, Scorched Earth, Aberration, Extinction, and Genesis, and the Explorer Notes from The Island and Scorched Earth are also integrated.
The map includes numerous caves, including the "Cave of a Thousand Souls," a desert cave, a lava cave, and several underwater caves. Each cave contains a valuable artifact waiting to be discovered. The map is fully completed.
