You read that right, after everything was focused on ARK 2 and the new anime series some time ago, Wildcard has dropped two literal bombshells: once the meme that ARK 1 might be ported to UE5 after all (https://twitter.com/survivethea…) and now the announcement that a new tier will be chosen for ARK.
At the same time on Steam the release date of ARK 2 has been changed to "soon" (according to our information from NVIDIA in 2021! the original release date had been July 25, 2023).
Seems like ARK 2 needs a little longer or maybe they want to distract/solve the whole theater with the owner of ARK "Snail Games". For us as ARK 1 lovers therefore only good that now still time and resources are invested in the current version. What will certainly also for Wildcard again one or the other dollar in their cash flow. But now to the actual info from Wildcard about a new creature:
