The OGS (Offline Guard System) mod for ARK: Survival Evolved offers an effective solution against offline raids and protects bases as soon as players go offline. By reducing damage values to structures and dinos, the mod ensures more fairness without compromising the PVP experience.
The topic of Offline Raid Protection (ORP) is currently difficult to implement – either with the standard vanilla settings or with the help of mods. Until early November, we had Simple ORP activated, which had some weaknesses (e.g., the ORP function was no longer active after a server restart, and the configuration was problematic). The vanilla ORP also comes with limitations: once a player is offline, all structures and creatures of that player become invulnerable across the entire map.
The number of required missions for the "Corrupted Master Controller" has been reduced by almost 50%. This is intended to make it easier for solo players to complete the missions independently on Genesis, start the boss fight, and earn a TEK Hover Skiff.
For this to work, the mod "Configurable Boss Arena + Genesis" must be installed (required only on Genesis 1 and later Genesis 2):
With this mod, you can customize boss arenas by allowing Tek gear, increasing the maximum number of allowed dinos, or permitting flying creatures.
